This client was proud of her red faux painting. Then, she hit a wall, a dead end. She didn't know how to work with such a strong color. Enter Mary Cynthia! The walls and window treatments go hand in hand to make the sitting area "belong to this space". The lamps are quite a bit taller than what they sit on; I did this for greater design impact. Because the walls and windows are doing all the work in this room, we could use more sedate colors on the upholstery and still get an effect!
